By using ImagAI, you agree to these terms. ImagAI is operated by Julian Soreavis under EU jurisdiction.
ImagAI is an AI-powered image generation tool. We provide the interface; image generation is powered by Google Gemini API. The service includes cloud sync via Supabase and image storage via Cloudinary.
You retain all rights to images you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable laws.
You may not use ImagAI to:
Image generation incurs costs via the Google Gemini API. You are responsible for your API key usage and associated costs. Daily spending limits can be configured in Settings.
Accounts are optional for basic usage. Cloud sync features require authentication via Google, GitHub, or email. You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Danger Zone). Deleted accounts enter a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Supabase, Cloudinary) and may be affected by their outages.
ImagAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated images, service interruptions, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time through the application settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state.
